Condition of our products
No, our products are not new. They are "as good as new. This means that they have been used before, but have been completely refurbished and now function and look like new equipment.
Our products technically work as well as new devices. They contain no data from previous users and have a valid software license. Unless otherwise stated, the battery has at least 80% of its original capacity. Regarding the appearance of the product, we distinguish between "Excellent", "Very Good" and "Good" conditions.
Our extensive overhaul process completely renews our products and makes them technically comparable to new devices. However, the IP54 or IP67 certification may be lost as a result. This is reflected in our warranty conditions.
Delivery, Warranty & Returns
If the original packaging is damaged or unavailable, the merchant may choose to deliver the product in a neutral white or brown box fitted with protective material.
No, all shipping costs are included in the price of the product. There are no additional costs for you as a customer. Moreover, you can return products free of charge. However, please note that the price may be adjusted if the order has to be shipped to another country.
Yes, all our products come with a 30-day trial period. You can return the product for free within this period without giving a reason.
Our products come with a warranty of at least 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all defects that occur during this period. The device will be repaired or replaced. If that is not possible, the seller may refund the value of the device. Defects covered by the warranty include a defective button, malfunctioning screen or charging problems. The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence or own fault, such as dropping the phone.

Yes, all of our products come with the essential accessories that you would expect with a new device. If something is missing, it is clearly stated on the product page. The packaging, plug and charging cable included may be generic. For hygiene reasons, we do not include earbuds.
